Business Hours

Ardyss System business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
Please note:All orders after hours will be processed during our business hours. Weekends do not count toward our business days.

Domestic Shipping

Most Orders are processing within 24 to 48 hours; exceptions are indicated in the product description. Once processed by Ardyss System, the estimated shipping will be 5-7 business days. In most cases, you will receive your product earlier. You will receive a notification advising you of the tracking number and you may receive a second notification from the actual shipper (Canada Post, Fedex, USPS Priority)

Most Canadian orders under $250.00 have a flat shipping price of $5.99. However, this pricing can vary depending on your purchase.

Once a product has been delivered to our carrier, we are not responsible for delivery or lost shipments. Any refund request due to undelivered, lost, or delayed deliver will be granted, ONLY if the customer purchase insurance AND after the carrier completes any required investigation.

International Shipping

In order to satisfy our growing customer base, International Shipping service is now available for customers outside Canada. We currently ship to the following countries: Belgium, Brazil, USA, Dominican Republic, Peru, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and many more...

International Fixed Shipping is estimated to arrive 10-15 business days after order processing. Although, we request tracking from USPS. The International Fixed Shipping option may or may not include a complete tracking to the destination. At times, it may only show your product left  Canada through USPS.com. We will NOT be responsible for customs clearance and delays on international orders. We will not be responsible for delays caused by courier services, declined credit cards, missing billing and all other general and specific information required to be filled in by the customer in the order form.

We strongly recommend our Fedex International option in which your product is insured and our customers can track location. A refund request for an undelivered, lost, or delayed delivery package will be granted, ONLY if the customer purchase Fedex International Shipping AND after the carrier completes any required investigation.

Once a product has been delivered to our carrier, we are not responsible for delivery or lost shipments.

Payments will be processed in CDN and actual conversion rates may vary slightly.

Please note that the customer is responsible if any duties & taxes are imposed by your country at your country's border. Customs policies vary from country to country. For more
information we suggest that you contact your local customs office before ordering. We do however help each customer decrease their duties fees by shipping all items marked as: low-priced gift. This greatly reduces the amount of duties & taxes you may need to pay.

NOTE:All international orders will require fax or phone verification of credit card and another form of id to (416)679-8050, if we can not verify through credit card banking services. We will decline any order that appears suspicious or we can not verify.
ALL International orders over $300, will need to be processed under the Ardyss International  in which you can purchase the products at wholesale pricing as a distributor.
